Board Minutes

Every Minnesota school board must take and maintain meeting minutes that provide “full and accurate knowledge” of the board’s official activities. The record of the minutes is always checked for accuracy at a subsequent meeting of the Board and, when approved, becomes the official record of board actions. Minutes include the time and date of the meeting, who was present, and actions taken by the board.
