The role of an authorizer is to ensure the schools it authorizes fulfills the agreed upon terms of the charter contract, in order to safeguard quality educational opportunities for students, and maintain public trust and confidence.

Vermilion Country School is authorized by Osprey Wilds.

The mission of Osprey Wilds is to ensure quality academic and environmental literacy outcomes for students in Minnesota by instilling a connection and commitment to the environment in which people of all communities through experiential learning. The vision of Osprey Wilds is a healthy planet where all people live in balance with the Earth.
